CIC Strategic Plan

The Board of the Delaware County CIC adopted a strategic plan in February 2026. Key goals include:

Establish a fee schedule with associated policies and procedures
Establish a process for acquiring and holding land
Examine opportunities to bring private equity ($$$) into CIC projects including land donations
Develop communications and outreach strategies
Make commitment to site readiness
